Rick Scott's Company 'Solantic' to Make Millions due to His Exec Order to Drug Test FL's 168,000 State Employees

Scott knows he won't get re-elected.....so in the meantime he plans to rip off FL's taxpayers to the tune of $23.5 million a year.
