Should we invest in Rubber Plantations Now ?

• I have analyzed the movement of rubber prices during the year 2011. In the attached table I have
included TPC grade price movement to simplify the analysis. Price movement of other grades also similar.

• Though the industry enjoyed highly attractive prices up to September 2011, from October onwards prices
have dropped, drastically by around 47%.

• In USD terms drop is slightly higher.
